You will find that this healthy chicken and spinach recipe can provide you with the perfect nutritious meal for your family. This is one of my absolute favorite dishes because it’s very easy to make and it’s extremely delicious.
First, you will need to heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9x13 pan so that chicken doesn’t stick to the bottom.
Place the spinach in the dish and put the salt and pepper on it. After you do that you’ll need to put in the chicken broth.
Put plastic wrap in between each chicken breast and flatten them until they are completely even.
Next, you will need to take the seasonings and put them on the chicken breasts. Make sure that the chicken is covering the spinach. Evenly distribute the green onion and tomato over the chicken.
Place foil over the baking dish so that it retains heat until it is finished.
Keep the chicken in the oven for about 20 minutes. Take the cover off and put it back in for another 10 minutes or so. Make sure the chicken is at 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
