What a great way to make a Mexican dish at home especially

Ingredients

  • 4 medium-sized avocados
  • 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 1 chopped jalapeño
  • 3 tablespoons of cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
  • A pinch of ground coriander
  • kosher salt
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Remove the seeds of jalapeño and remove the ribs then
    chopped and reserve it for cooking. Similarly, ripe and pitted the avocados and
    use a spoon to scoop the brown areas of avocados and reserve it for further
    cooking.

  2. Take a pastry cutter, potato masher or simply use a fork and mash up the
    avocados and set it aside when it reaches to your desired texture. For me, I prefer
    to mash up until it turns into small chunks and that gives a tremendous taste
    as well.

  3. Now, you can add the finely chopped onion, chopped cilantro leaves, jalapeño,
    ground coriander, lime juice, black pepper and kosher salt. Stir and combine it
    gently.

  4. Taste and add additional kosher salt, black pepper and
    lime juice as required. There you go with your favorite guacamole recipe!
