I often like to bake red potatoes on a very high flame that makes the potatoes brown and sizzle for a crispy and delicious taste.
- 4 medium sized red potatoes
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/3 teaspoon of onion powder
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 450 degree.
Wash the potatoes in running water then cut the potatoes into 1 inch cubes or your desired shape. Don't peel off the potatoes.
Take a bowl and add potatoes, oil and all the spices. Combine everything gently.
Use a shallow baking pan and spray evenly on all sides using cooking spray. Now, at the bottom of baking pan shift the potatoes here for baking process.
Bake the potatoes for 25 to 35 minutes. Baking time depends upon the size of potatoes you are using. For small potatoes 25 minutes is sufficient while for medium sized potatoes 30 to 35 minutes is good enough.
