I don't know what makes this peanut butter cookie recipe so special for you but one bite and you wouldn't be able to keep your hands off from it. This soft peanut butter has a wonderful peanut flavor that really makes it more fantastic.
This classic peanut butter cookies taste great when they are crispy and soft and this is always my primary aim to make each dish in its own way.
- 3/4 cup or 90 gram of all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of baking soda
- Kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup or 2 oz of unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup or 2.5 oz of brown sugar
- 2 tbsp or 1 oz of granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup of creamy peanut butter
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Place 2 big baking sheets and set it aside.
Take a large bowl and add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt. Mix everything well.
Take another large bowl and add brown sugar, cream and butter. Use an electric mixer to combine everything gently till mixes well. It may take up to 2 minutes for an electric mixer to do this job.
Now, add the peanut butter to the mixture and continue mixing everything again until it combines well. Scrape down using a spoon from the sides of bowl. Add the vanilla extract and large eggs until everything again combines nicely.
Use a small bowl and add the granulated sugar into it. Take 2 tbsp cookie scoop and form tender dough. Then, take a small ball from the dough and gently roll into the ball and coat this to granulated sugar bowl. In same manner make all balls from the dough.
Shift the balls over the ready baking sheets. Make sure there must be a little space among the balls. Make a criss-cross over all the cookies after pressing with a fork. Bake it for 8 to 9 minutes before you shift it to wire rack for cooling.
