- 1/2 lbs Cheese or 250 Gram
- 1 Sliced Onion Medium Size
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 Medium sized Tomato finely sliced or grated
- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tbsp Whole Cumin Seeds
- 2+1+1 tbsp oil (mustard, olive or vegetable)
- 2 tbsp thick cream
- Salt to taste
Sliced the spinach into small pieces and wash it thoroughly 2-3 times in running water so it drains unnecessary elements.
Take a deep pan and add sufficient water to boil the spinach. Once the water starts boiling turn off the flame, cool and use blender to make puree of half of spinach. Set aside half of sliced spinach.
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a normal pan and fry the cheese cubes in batches until they turn golden brown from each side. Once fried, put fried cheese cubes on a napkin paper so the excess oil comes out of it.

When the oil starts separating from sides, add spinach puree and cook it for next 2 minutes. Now add whole spinach and ¼ cup water, cover and cook it for next 7-8 minutes on low flame.
Open the lid and mix fresh cream, 1 tablespoon oil and fried cheese cubes and simmer it for 10 minutes. Taste and add the seasoning before turning off the flame.
