  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 Cup of plain flour
  • 150 ml whole milk
  • 1/2 Cup of water
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C, 450F.

  2. Use Yorkshire pudding tins which has 4 wide and shallow cups of 4 inches of diameter. If you don’t have a Yorkshire pudding tin, you can use large muffin tin. Now, put the tin into oven just before five minutes you are going to make Yorkshire puddings.

  3. Take a mixing bowl and beat the eggs with the help of balloon whisk. Sift the flour then add into bowl with pepper and salt. Whisk once again.

  4. Have a dip in the centre add this beaten mixture little by little as you go along.

  5. Add the milk and water and whisk it again so the liquids mix well. If you find the batter to be lumpy, don’t worry.

  6. Cover it and wait for one complete hour.

  7. Whisk it again so no lumps remain in the mixture for better fluffy puddings.

  8. Shift the batter into tins and cook for 20 minutes in oven so they get golden brown in color. Don’t touch the oven any time before 20 minutes.
