- 1/2 pound of grated or scrambled fresh cheese or 250 gram
- 1 green chili finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp grated or very finely chopped ginger
- 2 medium sized onions finely chopped
- 1 big tomato finely chopped
- 1 small capsicum chopped in small pieces
- 1/4 tbsp garam masala powder
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 1/2 tbsp mustard oil or olive oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
On medium flame heat oil in a pan and crackle whole cumin seeds. Add grated ginger, crushed garlic, and finely chopped green chili and sauté for one minute.
Now, add finely chopped onions and on medium flame fry it until it turns golden brown. (Approximately 3-4 minute)
Add finely chopped tomato and capsicum and mix it well. Stir and cook until the tomato becomes tender and soft. (Approximately 2-3 minute)
Now, add garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix it well. Add milk and mix it so the mixture soaks the milk. Cook it for one minute.
