How to make chicken shawarma recipe

Learning how to make chicken shawarma recipe is always a great fun because you not only explore a new kind of recipe but also meet some traditional food that has been liked by a nation.

This is one of those street foods you can find in Asia cuisine especially in Indian sub-continent. The best part of this recipe I like about is the use of spices and herbs that marinated well with the chicken before we go ahead cooking the chicken while kneading and preparing a round shape ball or typically called, Indian Chapati.

You are free to use any herbs and combination of spices as well as you are free to choose either all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour. However, I love healthy food so I often go with whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose flour.

The vegetables are used as stuffing in the rolls followed with the cooked chicken. The cucumber, onions, tomatoes etc, are the vegetables that not only enhance the taste but also help this recipe making very healthy.

I love the use of yogurt in this recipe and believe me whoever asks me how to make chicken shawarma recipe I love to explain them the best chicken shawarma recipe I have ever made.
