- 6 tbsp Of Butter
- 1 lbs Boneless chicken or 500 gram
- 1 piece Medium size onion finely chopped
- 3 piece Garlic cloves paste
- 3 tbsp Garam masala powder

- 1 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 1/2 Cups Of tomato smooth grinded paste
- 1/2 tbsp Red Kashmiri chilli powder or paprika powder
- 2 Cups Of Fresh Cream
- 4 Pepper corn grounded paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Cups Of finely chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan on medium flame and fry chicken pieces until they turn golden brown from all sides.
(It will take approximately 3-4 minutes)
Add garlic paste and mix it well. Stir and roast for a minute then turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in the same pan and fry onions until they turn soft and golden brown in color.
