Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 8 hours
Total Time 8 hours 10 minutes
Servings 16 people

  • 2 lbs lamb bones or any of your favorite choice
  • 2 chicken feet
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • Parsley leaves for garnishing
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste (optional)
  • Allspice powder to taste (optional)

  1. If your favorite bones are beef then it will be a good idea to shift the beef bones to the oven on a roasting pan and let it roast on 350 degree for next 40 minutes. It helps improving the taste.

(Skip this step if you are not using beef bones.)

  2. Use a large stock pot and transfer the bones into the pot. Now take fresh water and pour slowly over the bones and then take vinegar and pour it as well on the bones. Now, let it sit for next 30 minutes. Vinegar does the magic here making most of the nutrition available for this soup recipe.

  3. Set the parsley and chopped garlic aside and chopped all the vegetables and keep them in a bowl. Add sea salt, black pepper and allspice powder. Heat the broth on high flame and when it comes to boil reduce the flame to low and simmer in until it is completely done.

  4. When you simmer at the beginning you will find impurities floating on the top. Discard them from the recipe and do the same after every 30 minutes for the next 2 hours to clean the recipe from impurities. Grass eating animals have loads of impurities with their body.

  5. Just before 40 minutes you are about to finish with simmer add the chopped garlic and parsley. Instantly off it from flame and let it come at room temperature. Use any spoon or strainer to remove all the vegetables and bones from the pot.

  6. Now, transfer the bone broth soup in serving soup bowl. You can heat a little before serving or serve it chill in summer. Also, use a big size gallon to store and use for the next 5-6 days. Even if you want to use after a week shift it to the freezer for a better taste and healthy soup recipe.
