- 2 lbs lamb bones or any of your favorite choice
- 2 chicken feet
- 2 sliced carrots
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- 2 stalks of celery
- Parsley leaves for garnishing
- Sea salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste (optional)
- Allspice powder to taste (optional)
If your favorite bones are beef then it will be a good idea to shift the beef bones to the oven on a roasting pan and let it roast on 350 degree for next 40 minutes. It helps improving the taste.
(Skip this step if you are not using beef bones.)
