For making batter

  • 2 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour
  • 2 egg whites (optional)
  • 2 cup of soda water
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Black pepper to taste

For dish

  • 2 lbs of Flesh fish fillet of your choice
  • 2 tablespoon of all purpose flour
  • Oil for frying

  3. For making batter, take another bowl and add egg whites, baking powder, soda water, all purpose flour, salt and black pepper. Whisk it nicely to make a smooth and soft consistency batter. Keep it aside.

  4. Now take a deep pan and heat oil. Once oil heated bring it on medium flame and wait. Now, dip the fish pieces one by one and have them nice coat of batter on each side.
