Today, I am excited to share with you all a very healthy snack recipe, how to make Anzac biscuits. To maintain good health, we all should eat healthy snacks. This is why we are going to learn how to make Anzac biscuits recipe today that is super tasty as well as very healthy.

  • 1/2 Cup Of Crushed Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Of Desiccated dark coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Of Quinoa flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 and 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Dark coconut
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • Salt to taste


  1. Mix all the ingredients together like quinoa, baking powder, sugar, salt and desiccated coconut in a mixing bowl. Mix well, all these dry ingredients.

  2. Melt the coconut oil and again mix well with vanilla essence and warm water in separate bowl.

  3. Slowly pour the all the wet ingredients into the dry mix of ingredients and continuously keep on stirring, so that no lump is formed. And make a smooth batter out of it.

  4. Now give them a shape of biscuits with the help of your hand or you may use a cookie cutter, for giving them the desired shape. Grease the baking tray and arrange these biscuits on the baking tray, one by one.

  5. After arranging them on the oven tray, bake them on the 175 C for 20 min or till they turn into golden brown in color. Just keep in mind that the biscuits should be soft when you touch them because as they will come to the room temperature they will automatically turn harder.

  6. After you completed with baking the biscuits, let it cool down for some time and then you can enjoy it with your favorite cup of tea or coffee. And the store rest of the biscuits in the airtight container for further use.
