- 1/2 Cup Of Crushed Almonds
- 1/2 Cup Of Desiccated dark coconut
- 1/2 Cup Of Quinoa flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 4 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Dark coconut
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients together like quinoa, baking powder, sugar, salt and desiccated coconut in a mixing bowl. Mix well, all these dry ingredients.
Melt the coconut oil and again mix well with vanilla essence and warm water in separate bowl.
Slowly pour the all the wet ingredients into the dry mix of ingredients and continuously keep on stirring, so that no lump is formed. And make a smooth batter out of it.
Now give them a shape of biscuits with the help of your hand or you may use a cookie cutter, for giving them the desired shape. Grease the baking tray and arrange these biscuits on the baking tray, one by one.
