  • 3 lamb steaks
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 tbsp of dried rosemary
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Kosher salt


  1. Grilling process:

    If you grill the lamb steaks on high flame it gives a wonderful taste or you can grill with the cooking method you know. At beginning let the coal burns and reaches high on flame once it comes to red while burning it means the flame is becoming slow, you can add a little coal here to cook the steaks on high flame.

  2. If you have a skillet and prefer to cook it on the stovetop then heat it until it comes to high flame and then cook the lamb steaks.

  3. While grilling method is tastier where you can use a rack to put the lamb steaks over it and change the position of steaks while grilling so each steak gets nicely cooked. Also, flip on each side of each steak so it is nicely cooked at the end.

    (If you are cooking loads of steaks then go for batches and let there be space among the steaks.)

  4. Sheer the lamb steaks and cook properly on each side. If the moist comes out then brush it over the steaks, flip and let it cook.

    If you have leftover marinade then uses a brush and rubs it on each side of the lamb steaks.

    Preheat the microwave oven to 190 degrees C or 375 F. Take a large skillet and heat oil until the flavor smell comes out of it.

  6. Remove the lamb steaks and place it on the skillet. Let the marinade reserve for further use. Sear the lamb steak on one side then flip and sheer the other side. Now, shift the steaks to baking dish.

Peel the garlic cloves and minced it until you see the juices coming out of it. Take a shallow baking dish and add the olive oil, dried rosemary, minced garlic, black pepper and kosher salt. Mix it well. The marination process is very necessary if you want to see your cooked steaks are soft and tender.

Tandoori marinade:

In the bowl add 1/4 cup of fresh yogurt (not sour), 1/2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder, 2 teaspoons of lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and coriander powder, a pinch of cinnamon powder and salt to taste to make a tandoori marinade.


Yogurt marinade:

Take 2 tablespoons of fresh yogurt, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoon chopped mint leaves with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, black pepper, and salt to taste. Add this to the same bowl and mix it well and your marinade is ready.


Mustard marinade:

Take 1 tablespoon mustard paste, black pepper, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 cloves minced garlic and mix it into the same bowl.


Barbecue marinade:

Take 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, black pepper, 2 tablespoon vinegar and add this to bowl.

Pick any of the above method marinade you like. Mix the marinade well then take the steaks and coat each lamb steaks with the marinade on all sides evenly. You can sprinkle a little water over the marinade if they look dry. Also, you can add the olive oil if it seems less. After coating takes a plastic wrap and cover the dish and make it stick properly so it gets tightly covered or put anything above the dish. (You need to make sure the steaks are well coated with marinade before you cover.)

Now, shift the dish to a refrigerator and let it sit for at least 8 hours or marinate overnight and cook it on the other day.
