- 10 small lamb loin chops
- 3 tbsp of olive oil
- 3 minced of garlic cloves

- 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 4 tbsp of lukewarm water
If your lamb loin chops are stored in the refrigerator then first take it out from there are shift it to a plate and let it comes to normal room temperature. It might not take more than 30 minutes.
Except for the lamb loin chops, take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and give it a nice mix so everything combines well.
