Ingredients for marinade

- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- 4 cloves of minced garlic

- 2 lbs or 900 gram of boneless chicken breast
- 1 medium-sized onion chunked
- 1 chunked red pepper
- 18 baby Portobello mushrooms
- 1 zucchini sliced into 1 inch pieces
- Fresh parsley chopped
