The easy chicken skewers recipe is something very easy to cook. Even though it takes 30 minutes of cooking time and maybe overnight marinating but you can just shift the chicken to a refrigerator to marinate and cook on the other day 15 minutes from each side.

No one would disagree if I say chicken skewers tastes awesome and everyone likes to find easy chicken skewers recipe that also has magical taste. What more could be as mesmerizing as the easy chicken skewers recipe that is easy to cook and you don't need to worry about the taste at the end.
- 2 lbs or 450 gram of boneless chicken cubes
- 1 medium-sized onion layer separated
- 3 tablespoons of thick yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder or allspice powder
- 1 12 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
Wash the chicken cubes in running water then wash it using a kitchen towel. Make sure there is no moisture remains in the chicken.
If going to use wooden skewers soak them in water 30 minutes prior to cooking. This will make the cooking process easy to handle the kebab.
Take a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and mix it well. Rub all the chicken pieces with the marinade so it gets nicely coat of it. Cover it and transfer to a refrigerator to marinate for minimum of 4 hours and for better result marinate it for overnight.
Preheat your oven to 240 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Next night or after marinating line the chicken cubes into skewers and place the skewers to a baking tray on a foil paper.
Pour the yoghurt marinade over the chicken cubes evenly and wrap the foil paper.
Shift the baking dish to oven and bake for 15 minutes then flip and bake the other side for another 15 minutes.
For the last 5 minutes shift the dish to top rack. You can brush some butter on chicken cubes or using oil.
Our chicken kebab is ready to serve now. Garnish it using cilantro leaves or coriander leaves and serve it with your favorite sauce or chutney.
Traditionally, this chicken kebab recipe is used to cook for king’s favorite dinner night or when guests from outside the middle east come to visit him and he likes to surprise the guests with a wonderful taste of the kebabs.
