Ingredients

  • 12 pieces of 1 & 1/2 thickness of lamb loin chops
  • 1/2 cup of olive oil
  • 3 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp of seal salt
  • Black pepper (1 tsp)
  • 1 tsp of rosemary (dried)

Instructions

  1. If you have reserved the lamb loin chops in the refrigerator then first you need to take it out from there and shift it on a plate and let it sit for next 30 minutes or until it comes to normal room temperature. (This is very necessary step)

  2. Take all the ingredients excluding lamb loin chops in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix it gently until everything combines well.

  3. Transfer the lamb loin chops in a resealable plastic bag. Now using the mixing ingredients rub it all over the lamb chops finely one by one. Make the resealable plastic bag air free. Now, transfer the lamb loin chops in a refrigerator and let it marinade for next 4 to 5 hours.

    (If you are in rush then you can marinade it for at least 45 minutes)

  4. Preheat the grill on the very high flame.

  5. Now take the resealable plastic bag out of the refrigerator and discard the marinade. Shift the lamb loin chops on grill rack. Now, cook the lamb loin chops for 6 minutes then flip and cook the other side for another 6 minutes. You can flip and cook each side for 1-1 minute.

  6. The lamb loin chops are cooked now. Remove it from the heat and transfer this to a plate. Make a tent using an aluminium foil paper and shift the plate under it. Let it rest for few minutes before you serve.
