Ingredients

  • 6 lamb ribs chops
  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of chopped rosemary
  • 1/2 tbsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp of mustard

Instructions

  1. If you have stored the lamb chops in a refrigerator then first take the lamb chops out of the fridge and let it first rest for 1 hour or until it comes to normal room temperature. This way it will increase the taste and helps the lamb chops cook early than usual.

  2. Now, take the lamb chops in a resealable plastic bag. You can use a shallow baking dish where you can place the lamb chops.

  3. Take a bowl and add balsamic vinegar, mustard, oregano, black pepper, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, honey and salt. Mix it gently and shift it instantly over the lamb chops and pour it over. Toss the baking dish or resealable plastic bag so lamb chops get nicely coated. Now, seal the bag or cover the baking dish for next 2 hours.

  4. Preheat the grill on medium high flame. Now onto the grill grates put the lamb chops but make sure discard the marinade. For 4 to 5 minutes let the lamb chops grill nicely. Now, flip the lamb chops so other side can grill as well. Flip it again for a minute then flip the other side until it gets cooked.
